Chocolate Sauce and Pot Roast Ingredients required: Bottom round roasts or portions of veal: 3lbs. Olive oil: 3tbsp. Crushed garlic: 2 cloves All purpose flour: 1tbsp. Bay leaf: 1 Water: 1 cup Sliced onion: 1 kg Salt: 1 tsp. Dry white wine: tbsp. Vinegar: tbsp. Bitter chocolate grated: 1 tbsp.

Method- 1. Pour the olive oil in fireproof casserole or the popular Dutch oven, and fry the meat until it is brown in color. 2. Add pieces of onion and garlic with the meat in the oven for making them soft. 3. Mix flour (all purpose) and salt and blend until it appears to be smooth. 4. Except chocolate add all the remaining ingredients. 5. Cover it and let them boil for some hours (2-3). 6. Take away the meat from oven and add chocolate in the prepared sausage. After this process gets completed, cook them until they get smoother and thicker. 7. If you think the sauce is thick then you can pour some water to remove the thickness. 8. For taste add salt as per your usage.
