When you pour it on the griddle, remember that the pancake will expand. Do not pour too much. Make sure you prep the griddle with butter or oil so it will not stick. The pan is better if it is allowed to heat up for a long time on a lower heat. It is less likely the pancake will burn before it can cook all the way through.
