With this recipe, that is called as cranberry orange stuffed turkey, you can add little spice to the Thanksgiving recipe and the dish can be served along with yummy sauce. To start with, you will need 18-20 pound fresh turkey. For stuffing, you will require; 3 cups cranberries, 1-1/2 cup orange juice, cup sugar, 1 cup butter (melted), 1 package herb seasoned cubed stuffing, 3 cups celery, 2 medium onions (chopped), tsp pepper, tsp all spice as well as few salt to taste.

For making sauce, you will require 2 packets of frozen cranberry-orange sauce and cup orange juice.

First, you can mix up cranberries, sugar and orange juice in 3 quart pan and begin cooking them on medium heat. Stir them continuously until cranberries pop and sugar dissolves. Meanwhile you can combine the other remaining ingredients of stuffing in a mixing bowl and also start preheating your oven to 325degrees. Combine the cranberries mixture with the stuffing mixtures and mix them perfectly. Now take the turkey and stuff it with this prepared mixture. Once you are done with the stuffing, you require to place the stuffed turkey in a baking pan and start baking it as per the written directions on the packet of the turkey. Generally it requires 5-6 hours for cooking the turkey. You can also check the doneness of the turkey by placing the meat thermometer inside the turkey.. If the thermometer reads 180 degrees in thigh, then you can take out the turkey from the oven.

On the other hand, don’t forget to make sauce which should be accompanied with your delicious baked turkey. You are required to get all the sauce ingredients and mix them in a saucepan and cook on medium heat, just for 5-6 minutes.
